Appliances break, but bills shouldn't. Every Dewan Ji repair is quoted in writing up front. If you see a surprise charge on any invoice, it's on us.
Written quotes before work
Every repair gets an itemised quote — parts, labour, GST. Signed off by you before a single screw is turned.
Flat, honest pricing
Fixed-rate repairs on the board, not 'per visit' surprises. The price we quote is the price you pay.
Parts you can verify
We show you the old part and the new part side by side. Warranty on genuine spares carried on the bill.
No phantom charges
No 'emergency fees', no hidden travel surcharges inside Jaipur serviceable areas, no add-ons you didn't approve.
The ₹0 penalty clause
If your final invoice includes any line you didn't approve in writing, you don't pay it — and we still honour the 30-day service guarantee. Store it, screenshot it, or just remember it: it's what makes us Dewan Ji.
